1. Complete the application.
We prefer that customers use the online application because it speeds the approval process enormously. The application is easily accessible on the Foundation's Web site.

2. The application is reviewed by the SMARTer Kids Foundation of Canada.
The Foundation reviews the Grant application and ensures that the designated Preferred Reselling Partner (PRP), Presentation Products, Inc.,  is authorized to process Foundation grants.

3. The applicant and the Presentation Products, Inc. (PRP) are notified.
The application is approved and a Grant notification letter is e-mailed to the applicant and to Presentation Products, Inc. (PRP). This occurs within 5 business days for online applications and within 15 days for faxed applications.

4. Presentation Products, Inc. provides a quote.
Presentation Products, Inc ( PRP) will contact the applicant to arrange for fulfillment of the Grant. The applicant may use any portion of the Grant, and multiple purchase orders are acceptable. Presentation Products, Inc will provide a formal quote including projectors, installation, training as well as any other audio visual needs you may have. The Grant is only for specified SMART products.

5. The school issues a purchase order and product is delivered.
The school issues a purchase order (PO) and gives it to Presentation Products, Inc. (the PRP). Once we receive your PO, we will contact you to arrange for delivery.
