Which schools are eligible to receive a Professional Development Grant?
Professional Development (PD) Grants are available to all public or private, accredited, not-for-profit educational institutions involved in K-12, college, university, vocational and technical instruction or administration. Additionally, not-for-profit museums, libraries and science centers involved in K-12 or higher education are eligible. PD Grants are available to qualifying institutions located in the United States and Canada. Projects that include locations outside these areas will require special approval from the Foundation. What is the Grant amount?
A Grant amount of 30 percent of the suggested list price is awarded on a per session basis for qualifying SMART Master's Programs. Apply Now

For what type of professional development will the Foundation provide Grants?
Grants are provided for SMART Master's On-Site and Train-the-Trainer sessions for SMART products. For more information about SMART Master's Programs, please visit SMART's Training Center. Apply Now

How do I use the Grant?
The Grant amount per Master's Program session will be netted on the invoice presented by your Preferred Reselling Partner at the time of purchase. Your Grant is not redeemable for cash. You may use any portion of the Grant amount and multiple purchase orders are acceptable.  Apply Now

Will a price change affect my Grant award?
In the event of a list price decrease on any qualifying Master's Program before the Grant has been utilized, the Foundation reserves the right to decrease the Professional Development Grant amount awarded. Should this situation occur, the net amount that you would pay would not be greater than the original net amount, exclusive of taxes and expenses, if any. Apply Now

To whom do I send my purchase order?
Please submit your purchase order to your Preferred Reselling Partner (Presentation Products, Inc.), being sure to indicate your Professional Development Grant number. Your PRP will invoice you for the list price of the SMART Master's Program less the Grant amount applicable per session.  Apply Now
